Founded in 1985, “Hot Pot Couple” is one of the originators of Taiwanese Hot Pot restaurant. The 33-year-old “Hot Pot Couple” insists on the selection of more than 20 ingredients, spends 12 hours on brewing beef bone with 24 hours slow cooking of Taiwan duck blood and 48 hours slow cooking of tofu to form his signature Spicy Soup.

Mr. Chau, founder of Taiwan “Hot Pot Couple”, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the first branch in Hong Kong. With the rich spicy soup base and qualitied hot pot ingredients, celebrities and foodies were attracted to taste our hotpot.
